Hotel Helzear Etoile Paris, Paris

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, although being next to a kindergarten meant waking up to loud children's screams from early morning. The location was superb for exploring central Paris on foot, but the service was lacking warmth and interaction. Overall, it was a good value for money with some room for improvement.

The hotel's location is great, close to key attractions like Champs-Elysees and l'Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to standards with a smell of smoke and limited views. The staff, however, were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near Avenue Des Champsélysées, making it great for shopping and easy access to tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with disabled facilities, but having only one mirror made it challenging for multiple guests to get ready simultaneously. The service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, offering support in purchasing tickets and facilitating an early check-in. The dining experience was average, with limited options and the absence of fruits as advertised. The location near iconic landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe and George V Metro station enhances the overall stay. However, the dining facilities disappointed with a cramped space resembling a birdcage and subpar offerings. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with staff members being professional, caring, and extremely helpful. The hotel's strategic location close to major attractions and the attentive service significantly enhanced our stay.
